Customer
support is an integral part of our comprehensive
solution philosophy that provides our customers
with a single point access to fulfill all aftermarket
service needs. Dedicated and responsive customer
support teams work to ensure that our customers'
fully engineered energy solution operates reliably
and cost-effectively.
Each customer is assigned a Customer Service Manager
(CSM) who is responsible for all support needs.
CSMs are based at our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia
and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our customer support professionals are experienced
in responding to domestic and foreign industrial
power and commercial and military marine propulsion
end users with flexible, proven service concepts.
