- Administer all US Navy Spares and Component Repairs RFQs
- Administer all US Navy Spares and Component Orders. Including customer contact for change orders
- Preparation of government required forms in support of shipping government property
- Communication (internal and external) of order status – shipping schedules, shipping documents, etc.
- Maintain US Navy Spare Parts & Component Repair databases
- Invoicing to Customer – government through WAWF including C of C’s as required by contract
- Maintain government property database, and focal point for government and scrap disposition
- Monitor all US Navy Spares and Component Repairs shipments
- Ensure flow down of order, packaging, and shipping requirements to Supply Chain and third-party packaging supplier
- Maintain compliance with CAVS system (Commercial Asset Visibility, a US Govt. portal)
- Export Control Administrator – Enter export control documents (e.g. DSP5, DSP6, DSP73) into Dtrade website and monitor responses; enter license applications and other documents into the BIS SNAP-R program; manage the Virtual Library, and export control email folder. Understand export control laws (ITAR/EAR) as they apply to Vericor.
- Responsible for understanding the FAR requirements and implementing as applied to Vericor
- Responsible for Government Property Cage at the Greer facility
- Other duties as assigned
- Order administration experience
- Four-year bachelor’s degree, or equivalent business/work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Focused
- Able to work independently as a self-starter
- Able to communicate effectively to management and cross-functional areas
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- US work authorized applicants only
- Knowledge of Great Plains ERP system
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR requirements
- Government Contract experience
- Government Property experience
- Knowledge of Government FARs/DFARs
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System requirements
- Previous MRO/FAR 145 repair station experience
