Software support Technician

Location: Greer, SC USA
Reports To: CFO

The Software Support Technician will be responsible to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to issues and questions concerning the company’s various software systems in the company.

  • Respond to requests related to company systems and processes
  • Act as single point of contact for the company systems
  • Configure software platforms to enhance user experience
  • Manage and resolve support requests related to company software
  • Translate business requirements into deliverables
  • Produce and improve documentation related use of company systems
  • Recommend and drive improvements /updates to Systems to respond to business environment


  • 3-5 years’ experience in related roles
  • Extensive experience working with ERP/MRP/CRM Systems
  • Experience with Great Plains and Salesforce MANDATORY
  • Teamwork, flexibility and ability to multi-task required.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and mind-set.
  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
