Richard S. Clinton

CEO & President
Mr. Richard Clinton was part of the original executive team that started Vericor in 1999 and has held various positions including Director of Engineering, Vice President of Operations and Aftermarket and Vice President of Sales and Aftermarket during his tenure at Vericor before being promoted to CEO and President. Prior to the formation of Vericor, Mr. Clinton was Project Manager for Honeywell’s industrial and marine product portfolios. He joined Honeywell in 1995 after 12 years at Textron Lycoming where he held various engineering positions including mechanical design, test and project engineering. Mr. Clinton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Fairfield University.

Troy Hoyte

Chief Financial Officer
In 2005 Mr. Troy Hoyte joined Vericor as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Before joining Vericor, Mr. Hoyte worked for Ellesse USA, a subsidiary of the Pentland Group PLC, as an Accounting Manager. Prior to that, Mr. Hoyte worked as an accountant for the Harvard Club of New York, and before joining the Harvard Club, he held various positions at National Bank of Industry and Commerce in Guyana. Mr. Hoyte earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Baruch College (CUNY) and an MBA in Finance from Mercer University.

Dr. Umberto Marseglia

Chief Officer Marketing & Vice President Oil & Gas
In 2016, Dr. Umberto Marseglia joined Vericor as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Vericor, Dr. Marseglia was VP of Global Business at Calfrac Well Services for 4 years, founder and board director of a successful E&P, SunGod Resources, Alberta President of the “Mexican Talent Network” and prior to that he worked for more than 22 years at Schlumberger Oilfield Services where he held various key management positions in the oil industry in Latin America, USA, Europe, Africa and Middle East. Dr. Marseglia received his degree as Doctor in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan (Italy) in 1988 and graduated in 2000 in School of Business Administration at Harvard University in Strategic Marketing.

Charles Brown

Vice President Industrial and Marine
Mr. Charles Brown joined Vericor in January 2019 as Vice President Sales. Prior to joining Vericor Mr. Brown was North American Sales Manager at Siemens Energy for 4 years, Drake Controls as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for 3 years and Centrax Gas Turbines as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for 6 years. He started his career at US Turbine which was later acquired by Rolls-Royce Energy Systems. During his 19 year tenure he held leadership positions in Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations. Mr. Brown graduated from NRI college with a degree in Electronic Design Technology and studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati.

Martin Engber

Vice President Engineering
Before joining Vericor in October 2014, Martin Engber was in charge of compressor development for the Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbofan Engine at MTU Aero Engines in Munich, Germany. In Munich he held various management positions in Technology Development and Engineering fro Aero Engines since 2000. Prior to joining MTU, Mr. Engber headed Thermodynamics and Blading for Steam Turbines at Siemens Power Generation. Mr. Engber earned his Master of Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Munich and received his Ph.D. in Turbomachinery Aerodynamics from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.

Shannon Rogers

Vice President Programs & Aftermarket
Mr. Shannon Rogers joined Vericor in 2000 and has held various positions including Senior Manager of Programs and Aftermarket before being promoted to Vice President Programs & Aftermarket in 2015. While at Vericor, Mr. Rogers has managed the U.S. Navy SLEP LCAC Program, as well as several other key foreign and domestic programs. Prior to joining Vericor, Mr. Rogers worked as a Product Development Leader at Honeywell-Tucson. Prior to that Mr. Rogers worked for Westinghouse at the Savannah River Plant and for various other defense contractors in the Washington D.C. area in support of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Rogers has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Engineering and an Associate’s Degree in Humanities from Maine Maritime Academy.

Glenn Duffard, Jr.

Vice President Supply Chain
In January 2012, Mr. Glenn Duffard joined Vericor as Vice President Supply Chain. Prior to joining Vericor, Mr. Duffard was Strategic Global Commodity Manager at GE Energy. Mr. Duffard joined GE Energy in 2000 and held various leadership positions in GE Energy’s Supply Chain Organization and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to GE Energy, Mr. Duffard worked in Supply Chain at Ferguson Enterprises. Mr. Duffard has more than 15 years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Mr. Duffard earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Finance from Louisiana State University.
