Bill Bonadio

President & CEO
Before joining Vericor in December 2021, Mr. Bill Bonadio was a Vice President at The Boeing Company. He served in a variety of leadership roles including, Chief Operating Officer of Electronics & Information Solutions division, Boeing Transformation Program Manager, VP of Strategic Development for Defense, Space and Intelligence and VP of Business Development for Network and Space Systems. Bonadio’s career before Boeing includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 200 company, where he led strategy and M&A for the Tool Group Sector. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group, serving C-level clients for strategy, M&A, and operational improvements. Mr. Bonadio is a former U.S. Navy officer and graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program, where he served on attack submarines. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Illinois.

Tammy LeBlanc

Chief Financial Officer
Tammy LeBlanc joined Vericor in June 2022 as Vice President & CFO. Before joining Vericor, Ms. LeBlanc held the position of Chief Financial Officer for North America of ISRA Surface Vision. Prior to that, Ms. LeBlanc served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Valentine Enterprises; and Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance & HR for Rossi North America and Habasit Canada, both subsidiaries of Habasit AG (a Swiss industrial manufacturer). Active in the Finance community, Ms. LeBlanc is Past President of Financial Executives International-Atlanta, former Director of Women in Manufacturing, and current member of the CFO Leadership Council and CFO Roundtable. Ms. LeBlanc is a CPA, having attended the University of New Brunswick and the New Brunswick Technical College; and completed her graduate studies through Laurentian University and the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada.

Umberto Marseglia

Chief Commercial Officer & Vice President Oil & Gas
In 2016, Mr. Umberto Marseglia joined Vericor as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Vericor, Mr. Marseglia was VP of Global Business at Calfrac Well Services for 4 years, founder and board director of a successful E&P, SunGod Resources, Alberta President of the “Mexican Talent Network” and prior to that he worked for more than 22 years at Schlumberger Oilfield Services where he held various key management positions in the oil industry in Latin America, USA, Europe, Africa and Middle East. Dr. Marseglia received his degree as Doctor in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan (Italy) in 1988 and graduated in 2000 in School of Business Administration at Harvard University in Strategic Marketing.

Vinayak Barve

Vice President Engineering
Vinayak Barve was promoted to VP of Engineering in May 2022. Vinayak started at Vericor Power Systems in March 2016 as the Chief Engineer, where he was responsible for engineering design and development at Vericor. He oversaw the introduction of the Vericor Gas Turbine in the direct drive frac application, and the development of low emissions combustors. Prior to Vericor, Vinayak worked at Siemens Energy in Orlando, FL on Large Gas Turbines in the combustion Design Group. Dr. Barve has a PhD. and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune.

Jeff Jajack

Vice President Operations
Before joining Vericor in March 2020, Mr. Jeff Jajack worked as a Senior Program Manager and Business Development Manager for KBR. He spent over 15 years with Honeywell serving in various leadership positions in operations and supply chain. Prior to that, Mr. Jajack worked for GE Aviation in operations and engineering roles. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Jajack is a former U.S. Army officer where he served in various tank battalions. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the U.S. Military Academy and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Akhtar Husain

Director of Supply Chain
Akhtar Husain, joins the Vericor team as Director of Supply Chain. Ak is a dynamic results-oriented initiative-taker, highly skilled senior strategic sourcing & contract management professional with over 20 years of experience in leading and managing sourcing & purchasing process. His experiences include Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager at General Electric, Global Supply Chain Manager at Shaw Industries and Director of Strategic Sourcing at Industriaplex.

Jim Eastman

Director of Quality & Supplier Development
Jim Eastman, joins the Vericor team in September 2022 as Director of Quality & Supplier Development. Jim is a seasoned performance improvement professional with experience across aerospace, automotive, consumer and defense industries. His experiences include Director of Quality and Supply Chain at a division of Teledyne Industries, Global Director of Quality at Dymax Corporation, and head of quality projects Americas for Henkel Corporation. Jim is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and the United States Coast Guard.

Ines Cicciarello

Human Resources Manager
In 2021, Mrs. Ines Cicciarello joined Vericor as Human Resources Manager, prior to joining Vericor, Mrs. Cicciarello was Human Resources Manager Consultant at KS Industrial Corporation for 2 years. Cicciarello’s career before KS Industrial Corporation includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Prime Line Distributors, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Mastercard Worldwide, Global Human Resources Specialist at Royal Caribbean International and prior to these she worked for more than 15 with other first level companies in human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, a Senior Professional Human Resources Certificate (SPHR) and has been a member of the Society for Human Resources management for more than 18 years.
