ENGINE OVERHAULS

Vericor offers complete overhaul services for the various product lines we manufacture. Overhauls are performed in Vericor authorized repair centers and adhere to the highest quality standards customers have come to expect from a world-class gas turbine manufacturers. Engine testing is also available as a part of the engine overhaul process to ensure quality standards have been achieved.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Vericor’s Remote Performance Monitoring (RPM) platform provides a real-time diagnostic tool to support engine fleet management and maintenance. Its capabilities allow for proactive diagnostic analysis to help keep customer assets running longer and more reliable. Remote Performance Monitoring hardware is available with each new engine making platform subscription available to customers at any point in the asset’s life. For customers with legacy Vericor engines, the remote performance monitoring package can be added.

Vericor designs and maintains a full compliment of OEM tools and special test equipment necessary to properly maintain and service our products. This equipment is available for purchase by customers that are trained and certified by Vericor to perform their own maintenance.

Vericor utilizes leading Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to efficiently manage after market activities and monitor fleet performance. This tool allows Vericor to track configuration, usage rate and predict spare part requirements. This information allows Vericor to customize maintenance plans more cost-effectively for our customers.
